Pan Fried Wine Chicken Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast, diced
- 4 tablespoon oil
Marinade:
- 3 tablespoon rice wine
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- pepper and sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat up oil in wok and cook the chicken marinate until it’s fully cooked.
